ETHWMN Fellowship

The ETHWMN Fellowship is an 8-week mentor-led program, exclusive for women, to upskill Web2 developers and enable them to make the transition to Web3 using Ethereum while providing a comprehensive overview of the ecosystem.
Working through weekly objectives and milestones, these fellows will then be the torchbearers of Ethereum's focus on diversity in India and encourage many more to follow their path.
Tracking progress and incentivization
Fellows will need to check in regularly with their mentors on a weekly basis, write progress blogs, attend scheduled sessions to be paid regular stipend payments totaling $1000 per participant
